EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Senior Manager to lead enterprise-scale transformations that improve supply chain performance, resilience, and growth. You will advise senior executives, shape strategy, oversee multiple workstreams, and guide teams from pursuit to value realization.

You will drive data readiness, governance, and system design, while leading business development and market offerings to grow the practice. Occasional travel is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; eight years of work experience preferred.
• Significant experience leading complex client engagements in supply chain, analytics, or decision intelligence.
• Experience implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions (e.g., Aera, Palantir, or similar).
• Ability to connect supply chain strategy with data, analytics, and technology into scalable solutions.
• Proven ability to lead large teams, manage multiple workstreams, and navigate executive governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end transformations of supply chain decision intelligence programs.
• Advise senior client executives and translate priorities into decision intelligence strategies.
• Shape business and solution architecture, including future-state processes and operating models.
• Drive process improvements and define measurable future-state capabilities.
• Oversee data readiness, migration, integration, governance, and testing for scalable solutions.
• Own program delivery governance, scope, staffing, budgets, and risks.
• Lead change management and adoption activities to accelerate value realization.
• Develop and deliver executive-ready work products: roadmaps, designs, and test strategies.
• Develop talent, coach teams, and foster inclusive, high-performing cultures.
• Lead business development: shaping opportunities, proposals, pricing, and client communications.
• Contribute to market offerings and thought leadership in supply chain decision intelligence.
