Job summary

EY is recruiting a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Senior Manager to lead enterprise-scale transformations that enhance planning, procurement, inventory, manufacturing and logistics. You will build trusted relationships with senior executives, shape strategy, and drive value realization across multiple teams and engagements.

You will oversee data readiness, solution design, governance, and delivery governance while growing the practice through business development and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Eight+ years of related work experience (or seven with a graduate degree).
• Experience leading complex engagements in supply chain analytics/digital transformation/decision intelligence.
• At least four years implementing decision intelligence/advanced analytics solutions (e.g., Aera, Palantir, or similar).
• Experience integrating decision intelligence with ERP and SCM solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP IBP, Oracle SCM, Kinaxis).
• Leadership on two full-lifecycle DI/analytics implementations (one in last 3 years).
• Proven business development, including shaping opportunities and executive presentations.
• Experience with industries: consumer products, healthcare, life sciences, oil & gas, manufacturing, tech, or telecom.
• Willingness to work in-person at EY office/client location up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enterprise decision intelligence transformations across multiple workstreams.
• Advise senior executives and translate priorities into decision intelligence strategies.
• Shape business and solution architecture, future-state processes, and operating models.
• Drive process and performance improvements across supply chain functions.
• Oversee data readiness, migration, integration, governance and testing.
• Manage engagement economics, scope, staffing, budgets and risk controls.
• Lead change management, training strategy, and post-go-live adoption.
