EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Senior Manager to lead enterprise-scale transformations, advising senior executives and shaping solution strategy. You will oversee multiple workstreams, govern data readiness, and drive adoption across engagements to realize value for clients.

The role requires deep supply chain and analytics expertise, with the ability to lead large teams, manage engagement economics, and grow the practice through market offerings and thought leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Eight+ years of related work experience, or seven years with a graduate degree.
• Significant experience leading complex client engagements in supply chain analytics or digital transformation.
• At least four years implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions.
• Experience integrating decision intelligence with ERP and supply chain solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP IBP, Oracle SCM, Kinaxis).
• Leadership on at least two full-lifecycle decision intelligence or supply chain technology implementations (one in last three years).
• Experience managing large teams, multiple workstreams, and executive governance.

• Lead enterprise decision intelligence transformations with end-to-end implementation and value realization.
• Advise senior client executives and translate priorities into decision intelligence strategies.
• Oversee business and solution architecture, requirements, and future-state processes.
• Drive process and performance improvements across supply chain functions.
• Provide leadership for data readiness, migration, integration, governance, and testing.
• Establish delivery standards, governance, risk controls, and executive reporting.
• Own scope, staffing, budgets, forecasts, margins, and delivery performance.
• Guide change enablement, communications, and training strategies for adoption.
• Deliver quality business cases, roadmaps, designs, and test strategies.
• Develop and lead inclusive, high-performing teams across engagements.
• Originate opportunities, shape proposals, and contribute to account growth.
• Collaborate to develop market offerings and thought leadership in supply chain decision intelligence.
• Support workforce planning and strategic initiatives within the practice.
• Travel as needed to support client engagements.
