Job summary

EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Senior Manager to lead enterprise transformations that improve supply chain performance, resilience, and growth. You will advise senior executives, guide solution strategy, and oversee multiple workstreams, delivering executive-ready work products and value realization.

You will shape business architecture, manage engagement economics, and lead cross-functional teams across client engagements, with travel as needed to support engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Significant leadership experience across large, complex client engagements.
• Experience implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions such as Aera, Palantir, or comparable platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise decision intelligence transformations across multiple workstreams.
• Advise executive stakeholders and translate priorities into decision intelligence strategies.
• Shape business and solution architecture and oversee transformation objectives.
• Drive process and performance improvements aligned with strategic goals.
• Oversee data readiness, governance, and integration for scalable solutions.
• Own program delivery, governance, and engagement economics.
• Lead change management, communications, and training to drive adoption.
• Develop and lead teams, coaching and performance feedback.
