Job summary

EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Senior Manager to lead enterprise transformations that boost performance, resilience, and growth. You will advise senior executives, shape strategy, and guide multiple workstreams and teams from pursuit through value realization.

You will drive data readiness, governance, and scalable solutions while managing delivery economics and risk. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with clients, and market-facing impact across industries.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Eight years of related work experience, or seven years with a graduate degree.
Significant supply chain, analytics, or digital transformation experience with leadership of complex client engagements.
At least four years implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions (e.g., Aera, Palantir, or comparable).
Experience integrating decision intelligence with ERP and supply chain solutions (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP IBP, Oracle SCM, Kinaxis).
Leadership on two full lifecycle implementations; at least one in last three years.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end transformations delivering improved supply chain performance and growth.
Advise senior executives and translate priorities into decision intelligence strategies.
Shape business and solution architecture across processes, operating models, and systems.
Drive process improvement with measurable future-state capabilities.
Oversee data readiness, governance, integration, and testing for scalable solutions.
Establish delivery standards, governance, risk controls, and executive reporting.
Manage scope, staffing, budgets, and delivery performance; address risks.
Lead change management, training, and stakeholder alignment for adoption.
Deliver executive-ready work products: roadmaps, designs, and value reports.
Develop teams, coach leaders, and steward talent across engagements.
Drive business development through proposals, pricing, and client pitches.
Develop market offerings with alliances and thought leadership.
Support workforce planning and strategic initiatives for the practice.
Travel as needed to support client engagements.
