EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Senior Manager to lead enterprise-scale transformations, improve supply chain performance, and guide executive-level strategy and governance. You will oversee multiple workstreams, manage engagement economics, and drive business development.

You will build and coach high-performing teams, shape market offerings, and collaborate with alliance partners to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions across customers in the US.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering, SCM, or related field.
• At least eight years of related work experience, or a graduate degree with seven years of related work experience.
• Experience leading complex client engagements.
• Experience implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions (e.g., Aera, Palantir, C3.ai).
• Experience integrating decision intelligence with ERP and supply chain solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, SAP IBP, Oracle SCM, Kinaxis).
• Leadership on at least two full-lifecycle decision intelligence or analytics implementations, including recent work within 3 years.

Aufgaben

• Direct end-to-end implementation of supply chain decision intelligence platforms across multiple workstreams.
• Advise senior client leaders and translate priorities into decision intelligence strategies.
• Shape business requirements, future-state processes, operating models, and system designs.
• Lead cross-functional assessments and define measurable future-state capabilities.
• Provide governance for data readiness, integration, and testing to ensure scalable solutions.
• Manage engagement economics, scope, staffing, budgets, forecasts, and risk controls.
• Lead change management, communications, and training strategies to accelerate adoption.
• Develop and deliver executive-ready roadmaps, business cases, and design documents.
• Build and coach high-performing, diverse teams across engagements.
