Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Eight years of related work experience (or seven with a graduate degree).
• Experience in supply chain management, analytics, digital transformation, or decision intelligence.
• At least four years implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions (Aera/Palantir/C3.ai).
• Experience integrating decision intelligence with ERP and supply chain solutions (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis).
• Leadership on at least two full-lifecycle implementations, one within last three years.
• Experience managing large teams, multiple workstreams, governance, and delivery risk.
• Business development experience including proposals and client presentations.
• Ability to work in person at EY offices up to 50% of the time.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Lead end-to-end enterprise supply chain decision intelligence transformations.
• Advise executive stakeholders and translate priorities into decision intelligence strategies.
• Shape business requirements, future-state processes, operating models, and system designs.
• Drive process improvements and define measurable future-state capabilities.
• Oversee data readiness, migration, integration, governance, and testing operations.
• Establish delivery standards, governance, risk controls, and executive reporting.
• Manage scope, staffing, budgets, forecasts, margins, and delivery performance.
• Lead change enablement, training strategy, and post-go-live adoption.
• Produce executive-ready roadmaps, business cases, and test strategies.
• Develop and lead high-performing, diverse teams across engagements.
• Drive business development and shape market offerings and proposals.
• Support workforce planning and strategic initiatives.
• Travel as needed.
