Qualifications

• Experience in managing vendors/carriers is preferred.
• Experience in process improvement and best practices is preferred.
• Self-motivated with strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate situations and make informed decisions.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate with carriers and DCs via phone and Teams.

• Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive ecommerce transportation performance improvement using data and reporting to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate analytics into actionable business recommendations for leadership and partners.
• Support carrier performance management including reviews and corrective actions.
• Lead transportation cost optimization by analyzing costs, rates, surcharges, and invoices.
• Lead cross-functional transportation optimization initiatives across teams.
• Own PSFA and peak forecasting with historical performance and seasonality inputs.
• Lead peak transportation planning and mitigation with stakeholders.
• Support transportation strategy and network initiatives with business cases.
• Lead cross-functional problem solving and implement solutions.
• Prepare leadership-ready insights and carrier updates for meetings.
