Ulta Beauty, Inc. is offering a Supply Chain Data & Analytics Intern position for Summer 2027 in Bolingbrook, IL. The 10-week program targets rising juniors and seniors and includes hybrid and in-person tracks, with hands-on projects and cross-functional exposure.

You'll develop SQL skills, create Power BI dashboards, and partner with analysts to deliver an end-to-end analytics project for leadership. This internship emphasizes real-world data work in a fast-paced retail supply chain.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
Strong SQL and data visualization skills.
Experience with Excel and analytical thinking is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and data visualizations for key supply chain metrics.
Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve and transform data.
Support reporting across Distribution Center Operations and Retail Operations.
Assist with data validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.
Collaborate with team members to translate business questions into dashboards and insights.
Complete an end-to-end internship project delivering a Power BI dashboard addressing a real supply chain need.
