The role requires a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, 12+ years in supplier quality or related fields, and strong ability to drive cross-functional initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Manufacturing or related technical field required.
• 12+ years of related experience, including leadership roles.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent preferred.
• Experience embedding advanced quality concepts into New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP planning software and CAD/blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supplier Quality Engineering team to drive performance improvement.
• Monitor Key Supplier Performance and chair monthly reviews.
• Develop and maintain supplier quality assurance systems across life cycles.
• Drive front-end processes for proactive supplier performance management.
• Collaborate with Corporate Quality to improve procedures and KPIs.
