Job summary

Celestica in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Quality Advisor to generate quality standards and provide technical guidance. You will lead the team to solve process and product issues, define protocols (FMEA, 8D, CCB, ISO) and drive continuous improvement.

You will develop and maintain quality system procedures, deliver trainings, and collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure on-time delivery and product quality.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of ISO and IPC standards and processes.
• Knowledge of software and its use in generating reports capturing and presenting data.
• Strong understanding of how decisions impact customer satisfaction, product quality, on-time delivery and profitability.
• Proficiency with quality tools such as FMEA, PMP, SPC, and 8D methodologies.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Kaizen.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality system procedures and workmanship standards.
• Define process and product protocols to solve problems (FMEA, 8D, CCB, ISO).
• Provide trainings, guidance and decision making for the team.
• Explore advanced technology and methodologies to strengthen process and product quality control.
• Lead task force teams to address challenges from product, material and process.
• Provide quality engineering services to satisfy customers.
