Job summary

Twenty-Six Defense seeks a Senior Manager Operations to lead multiple programs, supervise production, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of quality products for defense customers. • Bachelor's degree in a related field; 4 years of functional experience may substitute
• High School diploma or GED is required
• 5+ years of functional experience
• 3-5 years of management experience is required

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional team(s) supporting assigned programs to meet production and customer schedules
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and deliverables
• Prepare proposals including profit projections, risk analyses and recovery plans
• Interface with customers to communicate program status and negotiate issues
• Identify root causes and drive solutions; implement continuous improvement
• Oversee labor reporting and budget monitoring to meet profit goals
• Coordinate with Engineering and Operations leaders to determine capacity and requirements
• Prepare and present monthly program scorecards and status updates
• Ensure safety and adherence to company policies
• Manage priorities with Master Schedule and customer requirements
