Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Manager, Supplier Operations & Governance to lead supplier governance, qualification, and performance across the supply base. You will shape standards for onboarding, risk assessments, and lifecycle management, working with Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Quality, Engineering, and Compliance.

The role requires advanced knowledge of supplier governance, ASL management, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen reliability and continuity in our aerospace-friendly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of leadership or management experience leading supplier operations or related professionals.
• Advanced knowledge of supplier management, qualification, and governance principles.
• Experience with ASL, onboarding, due diligence, and lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the enterprise Approved Supplier List (ASL) and governance practices.
• Establish onboarding, qualification, approval, and exit procedures with documented criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional supplier approval reviews to reflect risk assessments.
• Oversee supplier due diligence, site assessments, and capability reviews for supply continuity.
• Evaluate supplier certifications, regulatory obligations, and risk factors to identify compliance concerns.
• Lead supplier risk assessments, corrective actions, and escalation to leadership.
• Implement Grow/Sustain/Exit lifecycle framework and scorecard reviews.
• Analyze supplier performance across quality, on-time delivery, and capacity.
• Guide supplier development and transitions to strengthen performance.
