Job summary

CesiumAstro is hiring a Manager, Supplier Operations & Governance to lead the supplier governance function, overseeing ASL management, due diligence, compliance, risk, and performance across the supply base.

The role partners with Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Compliance to strengthen governance practices and support business objectives. Strong leadership and ERP/BI skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Logistics, or related field with 7–9 years of related experience.
• 1–3 years of leadership or management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of supplier management, supplier qualification, supply chain operations, compliance, and supplier governance principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the enterprise Approved Supplier List (ASL) with qualification standards and governance practices.
• Establish onboarding, qualification, approval, and exit procedures with documented criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional supplier approval reviews to reflect qualifications and risk assessments.
• Oversee supplier due diligence, site assessments, capability reviews, and readiness evaluations.
• Evaluate supplier certifications, regulatory obligations, contractual requirements, and risks.
