Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Manager, Supplier Operations & Governance to lead the enterprise supplier governance program, ensuring ASL accuracy and supplier performance across the supply base. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with substantial experience in supplier management or supply chain.
• Master's degree preferred for higher seniority with 5–7 years in supplier governance.
• PhD with 3–5 years in supplier governance acceptable for senior roles.
• 7–9 years of related experience in supplier management, supplier qualification, or supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise ASL management and supplier qualification processes.
• Oversee due diligence, risk assessments, and governance across suppliers.
• Coordinate cross‑functional supplier reviews with Sourcing, Quality, Engineering, and Compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance using scorecards and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement governance policies, controls, and reporting.
• Drive data integrity in supplier master data and ERP workflows.
