Job summary

Ellucian is seeking a Senior Manager of Ellucian Student Delivery to lead a scalable, globally executable professional services motion. You will drive enablement, standardize delivery content, and coordinate across Product, R&D, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.

You will oversee Recruiting & Admissions and Student Progression practices, build scalable delivery products, and mentor leaders while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and driving

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Professional Services or enterprise software delivery.
• Experience leading global, matrixed delivery programs.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end delivery motion for Ellucian Student services.
• Translate product capabilities into standardized offerings and playbooks.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Success teams to ensure ready-to-sell solutions.
• Support sales with scoping, proposals, and risk assessment.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for delivery quality and customer value.
• Lead a matrixed delivery incubation team to iterate improvements.
