The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge in Higher Education systems, strong writing skills, and prior experience with Ellucian offerings. They will work collaboratively across various departments to ensure proposals align with current product capabilities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with Ellucian Banner or Ellucian Colleague.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance writing and drive efficiency.
• Ability to organize and structure information logically.

Responsibilities

• Support development of compliant, competitive, and accurate content.
• Analyze RFx documents for solution fit.
• Customize proposal materials for impact.

Skills

Deep knowledge of Higher Education business processes, SIS, ERP, and CRM capabilities

Strong skills with prompt writing, AI tools, and proposal automation tools

Deep writing, editing and oral communication skills
