Job summary
Ellucian is seeking a Senior Manager of Ellucian Student Delivery to lead a scalable, global Professional Services delivery motion. This role oversees enablement, content, and readiness across Product, R&D, Sales, and Customer Success, working with regional leaders and partners to scope, sell, implement, and optimize Ellucian Student with consistent quality.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in professional services consulting, enterprise software delivery, or related services.
- Proven ability to take new product or services delivery motion from concept to global scale.
- Strong understanding of the consulting delivery lifecycle, governance, and quality management.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive end-to-end delivery motion for Ellucian Student services.
- Lead enablement and readiness across global teams and partners.
- Manage Recruiting & Admissions and Student Progression consulting practices.
- Ensure consistent delivery methodology, governance, and customer outcomes across engagements.
- Mentor practice leaders and consultants to foster accountability and growth.
- Serve as a senior escalation point for complex delivery issues.
