Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in managing workforce planning and analytics programs.
• 3+ years of people analytics experience in HR functions.
• BA/BS or MS in a quantitative field preferred (statistics, OR, math, CS, economics, analytics).

Responsibilities

• Provide direction over workforce planning, headcount forecasts, and analysis.
• Coordinate annual global workforce planning with finance and leadership.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations, models, and strategies.
• Conduct workforce planning analytics using planning systems and external benchmarks.
• Perform labor market assessments to identify current/future talent needs.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track headcount and analyze data.
• Communicate adjustments to senior leaders based on forecasts.
