Job summary

VF Corporation, including Vans, seeks a Senior Manager, FP&A – Global Distribution & Logistics to partner with global supply chain leadership. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive cost discipline and strategic investments.

The role requires strong financial modeling, leadership, and clear executive communication to guide network optimization and productivity across regions and brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/CPA preferred.
• Strong 8–10+ years FP&A or supply chain finance experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership or cross-functional leadership.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, analytics, and business case development.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems capability; Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, quarterly forecast, monthly outlook, and long-range planning for global distribution and logistics.
• Partner with Distribution, Logistics, Product Supply Finance and leadership to provide analysis and recommendations.
• Develop financial models, scenarios, and ROI analyses for network optimization and capital investments.
• Track KPIs like cost per unit, freight performance, productivity, and service levels.
• Coach analysts and drive analytics capability across the team.
