Job summary

Verizon is hiring a Senior Manager, Business Development to lead strategic partnerships for Direct-to-Consumer Perks and Loyalty programs. You will partner with the Senior Director and deal leads to shape strategies and manage day-to-day partner relationships with major platforms.

Ideal candidates bring deep media/tech experience, strong stakeholder management, and solid analytical skills to model deals, track performance, and present executive-ready plans in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience demonstrated through work, military, or training.
• 5+ years in business development, corporate strategy, strategic partnerships, or partner management in media/tech/telecom.
• Experience presenting slide decks to senior executives and building executive-ready presentations.
• Proven ability to lead strategic planning, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and optimize content partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and develop partnership strategies across Perks, Loyalty, and other emerging verticals.
• Build senior leader-facing presentations, deal models, and prospective frameworks.
• Align internal stakeholders to present a shared external vision.
• Execute partnership operations, including performance reporting and cross-functional coordination.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, Legal, Sponsorships to ensure cohesive strategies and execution.
• Develop high-impact decks and executive summaries articulating market dynamics and terms.
• Identify opportunities to expand partnerships across Verizon BUs and drive GRO/DTC objectives.
