Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four+ years of relevant work experience.
• Six+ years in business development, corporate strategy, or partnerships.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders and building deal models.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and develop partnership strategies across Perks, Loyalty, and new verticals.
• Build senior-leader presentations, deal models, and execution frameworks.
• Align internal stakeholders to present a shared external vision.
• Execute partnership requirements, track performance, and manage cross-functional deliverables.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Sponsorships to ensure cohesive strategy.
