The role requires deep financial modeling, strong negotiation skills, and experience across buy- and sell-side processes, with AI tools used to enhance analytical outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
• 7+ years in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, corporate development, or related roles.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and negotiation experience.
• Experience preparing investor-facing materials and translating analysis into narratives.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities that support Blue Origin’s strategic priorities with senior leaders.
• Lead preparation of investor materials and analyses for private capital partners.
• Oversee due diligence, deal flow, and term-sheet execution through integration planning.
