London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Integration to lead complex integrations across the Group, partnering with senior executives to deliver outcomes aligned with the inorganic growth strategy.

You will steer the integration lifecycle, develop operating models, identify synergies, manage risks and report progress to senior leadership, while maturing the governance framework and playbook.

Qualifications

• Experience across integration strategy and value realisation.
• Experience with acquisitions and divestitures.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to interpret business cases.

Responsabilités

• Lead integration strategy, planning and execution through value realisation.
• Develop target operating models and integration plans with clear ownership.
• Identify and track revenue and cost synergies with Finance.
• Monitor delivery against business case and KPIs.
• Provide updates to senior leaders on progress and decisions.
