ZoomRx is seeking a senior leader to oversee strategic insight and drive high-value research projects for pharma and biotech clients. You will partner with senior stakeholders, guide proposals, and ensure actionable recommendations across a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

This role offers broad autonomy to expand accounts, mentor teams, and shape ZoomRx services. You will work across our life sciences practice, leveraging data and insights to support client success and growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of life sciences quantitative primary market research and consulting experience, including BD activities.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in life sciences and/or a quantitative field
• Proven ability to generate new business, expand accounts, and manage strategic client relationships
• Skilled at synthesizing complex data into compelling, actionable insights
• Advanced ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teams
• Strong ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams
• Thrive in fast-paced settings with strong attention to detail and high standards for accuracy and quality
• Experience with product/service innovation across healthcare market intelligence functions; qualitative research a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead high-value qualitative and quantitative research projects, ensuring strategic alignment, analytical excellence, and actionable recommendations.
• Develop and strengthen partnerships with senior pharma and biotech leaders, delivering strategic guidance that drives commercial success.
• Drive account expansion, identify new business opportunities, and expand the value ZoomRx delivers across the client portfolio.
• Thrive in a high-autonomy environment by taking proactive steps to exceed expectations and ensure project and client success.
• Manage team performance and growth, mentor high-performing teams, and contribute to broader leadership initiatives across ZoomRx.
• Lead initiatives focused on service development, organizational learning, and scaling consulting best practices across the organization.
