Job summary

ZoomRx is seeking a senior leader to oversee strategic insights for high-value pharma/biotech engagements. You will lead qualitative and quantitative studies, synthesize complex data into actionable insights, and advise senior clients.

You will develop partnerships with pharma leaders, drive business development, and mentor teams while fostering a collaborative, autonomous culture at ZoomRx. This remote role supports our clients nationwide.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of life sciences quantitative primary market research and consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in life sciences and/or a quantitative field
• Proven ability to generate new business, expand accounts, and manage strategic client relationships
• Skilled at synthesizing complex data into compelling, actionable insights
• Advanced ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teams
• Strong ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams
• Thrive in fast-paced settings with strong attention to detail and high standards for accuracy and quality
• Experience with product/service innovation across healthcare market intelligence functions; qualitative research experience a plus

Responsibilities
