Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning to build demand and supply planning capabilities for its strategic programs. You will design forecast methods, translate demand into partner capacity, and lead data-informed decisions that shape capacity, inventory, and risk management.

You will own analytical work behind major program choices, drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering, and pilot new opportunities from structure through to handoff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field.
• 5-10 years experience in supply chain: demand & supply planning, sourcing, or ops strategy.
• Proven ability to build planning processes and capabilities across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop the demand planning approach for strategic programs and measure forecast accuracy.
• Build supply planning processes translating demand into capacity and lead times.
• Establish a planning cadence across programs with stakeholders across commercial, operations, and partner network.
• Define the planning data model, inputs, and system requirements; partner with Product and Data teams.
• Create scenario and sensitivity models to test volume shifts and risks.
• Own analytical work behind strategic program decisions including capacity investment and inventory strategy.
• Translate analysis into recommendations for leadership and drive implementation.
