Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Planning to build demand and supply planning capabilities for strategic production programs. You will translate forecasts into capacity plans, lead times, and inventory decisions, and interface with sales, operations, and partners to drive alignment and performance.

The role combines analytical rigor with hands-on execution, owning analyses, dashboards, and models from design through implementation, reporting to the Director of Strategic Program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 7+ years in demand/supply/production planning or materials planning in manufacturing.
• Experience leading S&OP or demand/review processes.
• Strong modeling and quantitative skills; advanced Excel/Sheets required.
• Experience building dashboards in BI tools.
• Experience with suppliers/contract manufacturers on capacity and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own demand and supply planning for strategic programs, building forecasts and translating into capacity, production placement, and lead times.
• Monitor capacity, schedules, and inventory positions; flag risks early.
• Run recurring reviews with cross-functional stakeholders; drive decisions to closure.
• Build reusable models, dashboards, and reports.
• Define data requirements; collaborate with Product and Data teams to improve inputs and systems.
• Support new opportunities with demand and capacity planning, timelines, and status tracking.
• Coordinate with partners on schedules, material, and shipment plans during launches.
• Document planning processes and templates for reuse across programs.
• Communicate planning assumptions, risks, and tradeoffs to leadership.
