Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Senior Analyst, Operations Excellence to drive strategy and execution across quoting, pricing, and large-deal workflows. This role sits between Sales and Partner teams and uses data to improve quote accuracy, cycle time, and margin.

You will define KPIs, build dashboards, and develop tools to support quicker, more informed decisions. A strong background in analytics and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in analytics, operations, strategy, finance, consulting, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decisions.
• Experience building KPI frameworks and performance reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Experience working with large and complex data sets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Operations, or related field.

Responsibilities
