Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking an experienced Project Manager II, Transmission in Connecticut to manage large, complex transmission projects within a multi-external stakeholder environment. You will oversee scope, schedule, and budget, coordinate regulatory approvals, and interface with regulators and local officials.

The role requires leadership and strong communication with senior management and external parties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferred) or Finance, Business or the equivalent degree will be considered or equivalent experience.
• Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of Project Management or related experience.
• Valid Motor Vehicle Operator’s License is required.
• Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary.
• Must be available to work emergency restoration assignment as required.

Responsibilities

• Own the Project scope, schedule and budget.
• Provide written and oral presentation to senior management, local and state governmental agencies and outside organizations.
• Prepare written responses for local, state, or federal regulatory proceedings.
• Lead representing Eversource at municipal meetings, homeowner meetings, or other interested party meetings.
• Provide guidance and develop others in the organization.
• Manage team performance through clear expectations and feedback.
