You will lead SOX/SOC 1 activities, drive control documentation, and partner with control owners and auditors to ensure effective risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, compliance, risk management, or internal controls.
• Direct experience supporting or leading SOX/SOC 1 activities and audit coordination.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen governance, risk management, and internal control processes across critical activities across Service Operations.
• Establish and mature governance frameworks, routines, escalation paths, and accountability.
• Lead SOX and SOC 1 compliance activities including documentation, testing, and audit support.
• Facilitate risk assessments and identify emerging risks; escalate themes as appropriate.
• Oversee control documentation, narratives, RCMs, and evidence repositories.
• Develop executive communications, dashboards, and status reports for leadership.
