Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Inventory Control to lead a department within Braselton’s on-site distribution center. You will guide a team, meet daily goals, manage safety, and drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy and processes.

The role reports to the Manager Inventory Control and oversees 20-35 direct reports, emphasizing culture, operational execution, and business mindset. A BS/BA and distribution experience are preferred.

• Experience in distribution center or multi-shift operations with overtime expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead department shifts within a centralized budget and KPI framework to meet daily goals.
• Coach and develop team members, resolve concerns, and ensure safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR and management to address performance issues and recognize high performers.
• Maintain accurate payroll and timecard processes for associates.
• Drive operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and customer-focused service across the department.
