Carter’s Inc. operates a Braselton distribution center where this Maintenance & Facilities leadership role ensures safe, reliable operations.

You will lead an on-site team to keep equipment and systems running, reduce downtime, and support evolving business needs. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in automated maintenance and at least 2 years of supervisory experience, with strong skills in conveyors, PLCs, WCS, and CMMS.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technology, Industrial Systems, or a related field preferred.
• Five+ years of maintenance experience in automated environments (distribution/fulfillment/manufacturing).
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience leading teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead evening/night-shift Maintenance and Facilities team (approx. 12 people).
• Repair, maintain, troubleshoot equipment across a 1.2M sq ft facility.
• Manage preventive maintenance and staffing coverage.
• Monitor and optimize equipment performance using WCS.
• Develop and coach Maintenance Technicians and Apprentices.
• Address safety, quality, and process improvements.
