Job summary

Pacsun is seeking a Director of Systems Integration & AI Analytics to lead enterprise AI analytics, data modeling, and system integration. You will drive the roadmap for embedding ML, generative AI, and predictive analytics into retail ops, merchandising, and customer experience while ensuring scalable data and integration architecture.

The role requires hands-on depth in AI/ML platforms, Snowflake, MicroStrategy, and Mulesoft, plus supervising a team of engineers and analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in data architecture, BI, and analytics with AI/ML leadership.
• Retail industry experience and hands-on deployment of ML/AI in production.

Responsibilities

• Own Pacsun's AI analytics and business reporting roadmap with executive alignment.
• Govern enterprise data landscape for AI use cases and data readiness.
• Establish responsible AI practices including bias monitoring and privacy.
• Design and maintain scalable BI and integration solutions for AI-driven decisions.
• Oversee integrations across D365, Manhattan OMS/POS, EDI, and Mulesoft.
• Lead ETL/ELT and OLAP pipelines feeding BI and ML systems.
