Job summary

You will manage strategic relationships with delivery partners and define the operating model, playbooks, and success metrics to drive customer outcomes for mid-market clients. You will lead cross-functional collaboration across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Support, and Procurement, while guiding partner teams to improve onboarding, adoption, and health

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading a client success team for mid-market B2B clients.
• 5+ years managing outsourced delivery partners (40+ FTE).
• Experience launching and scaling new service offerings or operating models.
• Strong strategic planning, process optimization and change management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; influence without direct authority.
• Experience using analytics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Ramp and own relationships with 1-2 delivery partners (40+ FTE each), define SLAs and quality.
• Design and own scaled service offerings for Services CS, define operating model and playbooks.
• Drive adoption, retention and expansion with scalable engagement strategies via partner teams.
• Implement capacity plans and performance metrics for partner-delivered CS teams.
• Partner across CS, Sales, Product, Support and Procurement to ensure a seamless journey.
• Advocate for customer needs to influence product and automation improvements.
• Manage high-priority escalations and maintain long-term customer satisfaction.
• Foster innovation and collaboration within partner organizations without direct management.
• Use data to refine processes and measure partner performance.
