Intuit is seeking a senior leader to guide the Services Customer Success team for high-value Mid-Market customers. You will own partner-delivered CS, define operating models, and drive adoption, retention, and expansion through scalable engagement strategies.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Procurement, advocating for customer needs and leveraging data to optimize performance. The role emphasizes innovation and long-term client relationships in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading a client success team for mid-market B2B clients.
• Experience with outsourced or third-party delivery partners at scale.
• Strong strategic planning and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ramp and own relationships with delivery partners and set SLAs.
• Design and scale new services and operating models.
• Develop scalable engagement strategies to drive adoption and retention.
• Implement capacity planning and performance metrics for partner teams.
• Act as liaison among CS, Sales, Product, Support and Procurement.
• Provide insights to product teams for automation and forecasting improvements.
• Oversee high-priority escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Foster innovation and collaboration within partner organizations.
• Use data to refine processes and measure partner performance.
