Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to build and own a scaled service function delivered through outsourced partners.

You will manage 1-2 delivery partners, each staffing 40+ FTEs, and drive adoption, retention, and expansion for mid-market clients. You will design operating models, playbooks, staffing, and success metrics while influencing product and support teams to improve the customer journey through partner-delivered services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading a client success team, with a focus on mid-market B2B clients.
• Experience managing outsourced or third-party delivery partners at scale (40+ FTE engagements).
• Proven ability to build, launch, and scale new service offerings or operating models.
• Strong strategic planning, process optimization, and change management skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management, including influencing non-direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Ramp and own relationships with delivery partners (40+ FTE each).
• Design and own scaled service offerings for Services CS.
• Develop scalable engagement strategies to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Implement capacity plans and performance metrics for partner-delivered teams.
• Coordinate between Customer Success, Sales, Product, Support and Procurement.
