Qualifications

• 7+ years leading a client success team focused on mid-market B2B.
• 5+ years managing services such as Payments, Bill Pay, Lending, Payroll/Workforce Management.
• Experience managing outsourced delivery partners at scale (40+ FTE engagements).
• Ability to design and scale new service offerings or operating models in a high-growth environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with influence beyond direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with delivery partners and set performance expectations and SLAs.
• Design and scale new service offerings and operating models.
• Drive adoption, retention, and expansion via scalable engagement strategies.
• Collaborate across CS, Sales, Product, Support, and Procurement to ensure seamless journeys.
