EY’s SAP Core Supply Chain practice helps clients modernize Asset Management and maintenance through SAP S/4HANA. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large-scale transformation programs, advise executive stakeholders, and shape solution roadmaps that improve asset reliability and operations across complex environments.

You’ll collaborate with business and tech leaders to guide SAP-enabled transformations, oversee delivery, and grow your leadership, client advisory, and business development career

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 12–15 years of relevant experience in SAP and consulting.
• 10+ years SAP PM/EAM and Asset Management leadership, with S/4HANA initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including oversight of project‑based team members.
• S/4HANA Asset Management implementation experience.
• Executive stakeholder management and business development experience.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsabilités

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformations from strategy to deployment.
• Advise client executives with thought leadership on maintenance and asset management models.
• Manage engagement delivery, financial performance, resource planning, quality, and risk management across complex programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Digital Operations.
• Drive solution design decisions that balance business requirements, leading practices, and technology capabilities.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand EY services.
• Mentor consultants and develop managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Staying current on emerging SAP Asset Management capabilities, including S/4HANA innovation and intelligent asset management solutions.
