Job summary

EY's SAP Core Supply Chain practice helps organizations modernize asset management and maintenance through SAP S/4HANA. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large-scale transformation programs, guide executive stakeholders, and help clients improve asset reliability and workforce productivity.

Working across complex environments, you will shape roadmaps, oversee SAP-enabled transformations, and deliver integrated asset management capabilities while growing leadership and business development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; master's preferred for senior roles.
• 12–15 years of relevant SAP PM/EAM experience.
• Proven leadership of SAP transformation programs and S/4HANA initiatives.
• Strong communication, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Experience with multi-site deployments and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance programs from strategy to deployment.
• Advise client executives with thought leadership on maintenance and asset management models.
• Oversee engagement delivery, budgeting, and risk across complex programs.
• Lead teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Digital Ops.
• Drive solution design decisions balancing business needs and tech capabilities.
• Build senior client relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
• Mentor consultants and stay updated on SAP Asset Management capabilities.
