Job summary

EY's SAP Core Supply Chain practice helps organizations modernize asset management and maintenance through SAP S/4HANA. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large-scale transformation programs, advise executive stakeholders, and help clients improve asset reliability, workforce productivity, and maintenance planning.

You will guide solution roadmaps and oversee delivery while growing leadership, client advisory, and business development at EY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) and Asset Management experience.
• S/4HANA Asset Management implementation experience.
• Executive stakeholder management experience.
• Willingness to travel 40%–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management & Plant Maintenance transformation programs.
• Advise client executives on maintenance, reliability, and operating models.
• Oversee engagement delivery, financial performance, risk, and quality across programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Digital Operations.
• Drive design decisions balancing business requirements, best practices, and technology capabilities.
• Build senior client relationships and expand EY services.
