Job summary

EY's SAP Core Supply Chain practice helps organizations modernize asset management and maintenance through SAP S/4HANA. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large-scale transformation programs, advise executive stakeholders, and help clients improve asset reliability and operational performance.

You will shape solution roadmaps, guide SAP-enabled transformations, and oversee delivery of integrated asset management capabilities, while growing your leadership, client advisory, and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Typically, 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of SAP PM/EAM and Asset Management experience, including leading SAP transformations and S/4HANA.
• Strong communication, presentation and client service skills.
• Experience leading SAP projects or work streams with oversight of teams.
• S/4HANA Asset Management implementation experience.
• Experience leading global or multi-site deployments.
• Executive stakeholder management.
• Business development and pursuit support.
• Travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Advise client executives on maintenance, reliability, and asset management operating models.
• Oversee engagement delivery, financial performance, resource planning, quality and risk management.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Digital Operations.
• Drive solution design decisions balancing business requirements, best practices, and technology capabilities.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Mentor consultants and managers to foster a high-performing team culture.
• Stay current on SAP Asset Management capabilities including S/4HANA innovations.
