Job summary

EY’s SAP Core Supply Chain practice helps organizations modernize enterprise asset management and maintenance operations through SAP S/4HANA. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large-scale transformation programs, advise executive stakeholders, and help clients improve asset reliability, workforce productivity, maintenance planning, and operational performance.

Working across complex, asset-intensive environments, you will evaluate business processes, operating models, and technology landscapes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is preferred.
12–15 years of relevant experience with SAP Plant Maintenance/Asset Management.
Strong executive communication, client service, and technical writing skills.
Proven experience leading SAP transformation programs and S/4HANA initiatives.
Experience leading global or multi-site deployments and travel up to 40–60%.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs.
Advise client executives on maintenance, reliability, and operating models.
Oversee engagement delivery, finances, resources, quality and risk.
Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, SCM, Finance, and Manufacturing.
Drive solution design decisions balancing business requirements and technology capabilities.
Build senior client relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
Mentor consultants and foster high-performing teams.
