Operations
We’re looking for a motivated Senior Systems Manager who enjoys making complex systems run smoothly and helping others grow along the way. In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll oversee the integrity, implementation, maintenance, and performance of key company platforms, including Salesforce, Talkdesk, and Gong, to support our growing business.
You’ll own the Salesforce environment, lead and develop a junior Salesforce Administrator, while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other teams to turn business needs into practical solutions. From automation and integrations to security, data quality, and emerging tools like Agentforce, Data 360, and Tableau, you’ll help ensure our systems remain scalable, reliable, and ready for what’s next. Candidates should bring deep, hands‑on expertise administering Salesforce Sales Cloud and Flow, along with a strong commitment to reliable systems and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Oversee key company systems (e.g., Salesforce, Talkdesk, Gong, etc.) by managing upgrades, platform integrations, user permissions and roles, reporting, and other administrative functions.
Lead and mentor a junior Salesforce Administrator - prioritize and delegate work, review configuration changes before deployment, and develop their skills over time.
Own Salesforce security and access governance, including permission sets, user provisioning and deprovisioning, connected app and integration user management, and audit readiness.
Own the organization’s automation architecture (Flow), managed package lifecycle (installs, upgrades, retirements), and data quality standards, including backup and recovery readiness.
Plan, coordinate, execute, and maintain key company projects and initiatives.
Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure the Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance.
Establish policies, procedures, and training to align system usage with business goals.
Evaluate and implement emerging Salesforce capabilities (e.g., Data 360, Agentforce, Tableau) where they advance business goals.
Interact directly with stakeholders, managers, and end‑users, as necessary, to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications, and interactions including internal Salesforce instances.
What You'll Bring
Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience would be considered in lieu of a degree.
5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce administration experience, including at least 2 years in a manager or lead capacity
Experience mentoring, training, or managing at least one admin or analyst
Expert‑level Flow skills, including experience untangling and consolidating overlapping automation on the same objects
Strong security and access management experience: permission sets and permission set groups, user lifecycle management, connected apps and integration users
Experience administering and upgrading third‑party managed packages and AppExchange solutions
Data management proficiency: Data Loader, deduplication, and backup/restore practices
Established sandbox testing and change management habits, with documentation to match
What Sets You Apart
Certified Salesforce Administrator (Advanced Administrator strongly preferred)
Salesforce Administrator experience in organizations with 250+ users
Marketing automation administration — Account Engagement (Pardot) or similar
Salesforce Shield experience (Event Monitoring, Field Audit Trail)
Experience with Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud), Agentforce for Sales, or Tableau
Ability to read Apex and debug logs (no development required)

At most places you would have to be two to three years in to get some of the opportunities I’ve already gotten, and I’ve been here a little less than a year.
