Job summary

Move Concierge is seeking a Senior Systems Manager in Dallas, TX to oversee Salesforce, Talkdesk, Gong, and emerging tools. This hands‑on leadership role emphasizes stability, automation, security, and scalable architecture.

You will own Salesforce Sales Cloud, mentor a junior admin and a MarTech teammate, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Ops to turn business needs into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in MIS/IT/CS or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce administration, including 2+ years in a manager/lead role.
• Experience mentoring, training, or managing at least one admin/analyst.
• Expert-level Flow skills with consolidating automations on the same objects.
• Strong security and access management experience: permission sets, user lifecycle, connected apps.
• Experience administering third-party managed packages and AppExchange solutions.
• Data management proficiency: Data Loader, deduplication, backup/restore.
• Established sandbox testing and change-management habits with documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee key company systems (Salesforce, Talkdesk, Gong, etc.) and manage upgrades, integrations, permissions, reporting, and admin tasks.
• Lead and mentor a junior Salesforce Administrator and develop their skills over time.
• Own Salesforce security and access governance including provisioning and audit readiness.
• Own automation architecture (Flow) and managed package lifecycle plus data quality standards.
• Plan, coordinate, execute, and maintain key projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Operations to ensure Salesforce supports internal needs and performance.
• Establish policies, procedures, and training to align system usage with business goals.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging Salesforce capabilities (Data 360, Agentforce, Tableau) to advance goals.
• Interact with stakeholders to analyze objectives and requirements for interfaces and custom apps.
