Job summary

Happen Bank, formerly LendingClub, seeks a Sr Manager, Risk Infrastructure to lead the Decision Systems team in designing, building, and maintaining the decision infrastructure and data interfaces. You will partner across Credit Risk, Modeling, Engineering, and Product to deliver automated decisioning and scalable solutions.

The role reports to the VP of Risk Infrastructure and emphasizes strategic transformation, cross‑functional collaboration, and leadership in a fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in delivering large technology programs in fintech/financial services.
• 3+ years of direct people management.
• Experience with rules engines and decisioning technology in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Transformation programs for Risk Infrastructure and partner with cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee BAU policies/models delivery for Personal Loan portfolio decisioning.
• Mentor team members and drive performance metrics and improvements.
• Collaborate on technology strategy and future state architecture for decisioning solutions.
