  • Use AI-assisted tools responsibly to accelerate development and improve workflows while maintaining quality, accuracy, and appropriate oversight
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in partnership with Operations, Engineering, Risk, and Control teams
  • Analyze decision outcomes and build reporting dashboards that identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Support audits and regulatory compliance by maintaining clear documentation and evidence related to decision policies and implementations

  • You take ownership of your work and proactively identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and outcomes
  • You collaborate effectively across technical and business teams and adapt your communication based on the audience and context
  • You have experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and solve problems, with an understanding of where they add value, where they fall short, and when outputs require additional validation
  • You maintain a high standard for data sensitivity, accuracy, and compliance and consider the implications of new tools and approaches before applying them
