Job summary

Happen Bank in San Francisco is hiring a Sr Decision Infrastructure/Technical Analyst to build and maintain the decisioning platform that powers critical risk and business decisions. You will translate policy into technical requirements and collaborate across Risk, Operations, Engineering, and Control teams.

You’ll design rules, decision logic, and ML models, develop test and deployment plans, and build APIs to connect data sources.

Qualifications

• Translate policy and strategy requirements into technical requirements.
• Design and code business rules, decision logic, and machine learning models on the decision platform.
• Develop test and deployment plans and validate implementations against defined quality and accuracy standards.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot APIs that connect internal and external data sources to the decision platform.
• Analyze decision outcomes and build reporting dashboards that identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate policy and strategy requirements into clear technical and functional requirements.
• Design and code business rules, decision logic, and machine learning models on the decision platform.
• Develop test and deployment plans and validate implementations against defined quality and accuracy standards.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot APIs that connect internal and external data sources to the decision platform.
• Use AI-assisted tools responsibly to accelerate development and improve workflows while maintaining quality, accuracy, and appropriate oversight.
