The Hershey Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Planning for Small Format. This role leads the development and execution of customer and channel plans, aligning demand, supply, and financial objectives to drive growth.

You will inform strategic decisions with data, collaborate across Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain, and develop the planning team. Open to remote work in the U.S.; annual base salary range is $131,280 to $164,100 with a comprehensive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in customer planning, commercial planning, forecasting, or related field.
• People leadership or team development experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and in-year customer and channel plans.
• Align plans across demand, supply, trade investment, and financial objectives.
• Maintain visibility into customer volume, promotions, and performance with planning tools.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to build analytical and commercial capabilities.
• Translate forecast and performance data into actionable insights to improve planning outcomes.
