Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Senior Manager, Retailer.com to lead the ULTA.com business for the US and Canada. You will own the retailer.com P&L, drive online growth, and partner with marketing, planning, and supply chain to optimize digital shelf and consumer experience.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, retailer.com expertise, and the ability to influence internal and external partners to deliver profitable growth across digital channels.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in eCommerce or omnichannel retail.
• Experience managing retailer.com businesses within beauty, luxury, consumer goods or related industries.
• Proven success driving online sales growth through ecommerce strategy, digital merchandising, promotions and retailer partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own the ULTA.com P&L across the US and Canada, driving revenue, forecasting and profitability.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, planning, supply chain and commercial teams to execute retailer.com initiatives.
• Drive digital shelf excellence with PDP content, SEO, on-site discoverability and content performance.
• Lead retailer business reviews, planning discussions, and performance recaps with stakeholders.
• Analyze promotions and campaigns to optimize ROI and business performance.
